This 2 Ton Multi Speed MrCool Signature Air Conditioner Central Split System is a modern update of a classic design. Louvered panels wrap fluidly around the gently curving shape so that there are no unsightly and dangerous sharp rectangular edges. A heavy-duty compressor sound blanket keeps this model operating at a whisper-low volume, perfect for residential spaces that want powerful cooling without the noise.
In addition, every design element of the Air Conditioner Split System was built for optimal performance with the least energy expenditure. Notably, an improved tube-and-coil design was enhanced with high efficiency heat transfer technology, and the scroll compressor was upgraded to a new design that conserves energy. These improvements have earned it a SEER rating of 14.5.
An A/C unit is only as good as it lasts, which is why the Air Conditioner Split System has been designed to withstand conditions beyond the usual wear and tear. Outside, galvanized steel with a baked polyester finish keeps the unit rust-free. Inside, the coil is made from the MrCool proprietary aluminum blend for advanced resistance of corrosion. The high-pressure switch is factory installed, ensuring that the system is always protected from internal damage as a result of too-high pressure. As an added bonus, the motor is designed to avoid overload and high temperatures.

Thanks to its high energy efficiency, you will see your utility bill decline year after year. This unit only provides cooling (this is NOT a heat pump).
