With 3 different zone wall mounted units, you can split them to suit the need of multiple rooms or have them all serve one room. The 9000 BTU air handler can serve spaces between 350 to 400 square feet, the 12,000 BTU unit can be installed in a room between 450 to 550 square feet. The largest air handler is 18,000 BTU and can serve spaces between 700 to 1000 square feet. You also have the option of combining all three units into one room to fit a space 1500 to 1800 square feet. Included is a pre-insulated lineset, pre-charged condensing unit and 3 zone wall mounted units that come with a wireless remote.
