The 4 Ton Multi Speed MrCool Signature Air Conditioner Central Split System is constructed to withstand many years of wear and tear, while conserving energy. Its exterior is made from galvanized steel with a baked polyester finish to resist corrosion, and the system has earned a SEER rating of 14.25.
Special elements keep the Central Split System working at top efficiency long term. The panels of louvered galvanized steel prevent wet weather from damaging the motor inside while also allowing air to pass through easily and wick away moisture, greatly reducing the chance for mold or mildew growth. The coil is raised to prevent debris build-up and blockage, which can often reduce the airflow through A/C systems, and it's also made from the MrCool proprietary aluminum blend for a powerful resistance to corrosion. In addition, the system is protected internally from overheating from motor over-use.
The Air Conditioner Split System was designed to facilitate quick and easy maintenance, so in the event of damage, your cool air is back flowing through your space in no time. The louvered panels are simple to remove with just four screws, the pressure switches are thread-on for quick replacement, and controls are corner mounted for easy access.
Finally, this system has been strategically engineered for energy efficiency, including a new and improved scroll compressor and an enhanced tube and fin design. This means the system will last longer, because it's not working any harder than it has to, and you'll save money with lower energy costs!

Thanks to its high energy efficiency, you will see your utility bill decline year after year. This unit only provides cooling (this is NOT a heat pump).
