The outdoor unit has an attractive, louvered exterior with a baked polyester finish over galvanized steel. This strong shell provides outstanding protection against outdoor threats to your AC investment. The unit's coil is raised to prevent yard debris such as dirt, leaves, insects, and other contaminants from blocking the line, improving system longevity. Corrosion also won't be a problem with the MAC16 thanks to the MrCool proprietary aluminum blend that guards the coil against corrosion! With all of these features, the MAC16*A stands up to everyday wear and tear.
Keep your home interior comfortable with this system's practical upflow and horizontal air handler. A one-piece design simplifies installation of the unit. This is a brand new 1.5 ton, 208-230 volt, R410-A refrigerant, MRCOOL outdoor condenser. This condenser (when paired with other MRCOOL products) has a seasonal energy efficiency rating of up to 16 SEER, providing maximum comfort cooling. Thanks to its high energy efficiency, you will see your utility bill decline year after year. This unit only provides cooling (this is NOT a heat pump).
